1 Enrollment

• Enrollment is confirmed only after registration and receipt of the applicable fees.

• Students must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Students under the age of 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

2 Fees & Payments

• All tuition fees must be paid in advance according to the selected payment plan.

• Fees are non-transferable unless approved by Avval Soch Academy.

• Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of classes until payment is received.

3 Class Schedule

• Classes are conducted according to the published timetable.

• Avval Soch Academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or class formats when necessary.

• In the event of instructor unavailability, a qualified substitute instructor may conduct the class.

4 Attendance

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually.

• Regular attendance is essential for academic progress.

• Parents should notify the academy in advance if a student will be absent.

5 Missed Classes

• Missed classes by the student are generally not eligible for refunds.

• Makeup classes may be offered at the academy's discretion, subject to availability.

• Classes missed due to academy-related cancellations will be rescheduled or credited.

6 Online Learning Requirements

For online classes, students are responsible for:

• Having a reliable internet connection.

• Using a suitable computer or tablet with a working camera and microphone.

• Joining classes from a quiet learning environment.

• Logging in a few minutes before the scheduled start time.

The academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by the student's internet or equipment issues.

7 Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect.

• Participate actively during lessons.

• Complete assigned homework and practice work.

• Refrain from disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Avval Soch Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for repeated misconduct.

8 Academic Expectations

Our programs are designed to strengthen understanding, build confidence, and improve academic performance. However, individual results depend on the student's attendance, effort, participation, and independent practice. The academy does not guarantee specific grades, examination results, or admission outcomes.

9 Learning Materials

Course materials provided by Avval Soch Academy are for enrolled students only and may not be copied, shared, recorded, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

10 Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for educational, administrative, and communication purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

11 Photography & Recordings

Online sessions may occasionally be recorded for training, quality assurance, or educational purposes. These recordings will not be publicly distributed without appropriate consent.

12 Health & Safety

Parents are responsible for ensuring that students are physically and mentally fit to participate in classes. Any relevant learning accommodations should be communicated during registration.

13 Limitation of Liability

While Avval Soch Academy strives to provide high-quality educational services, the academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in its programs.

14 Changes to Terms

Avval Soch Academy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on our website and will apply to all future enrollments.

15 Acceptance

By registering for any program offered by Avval Soch Academy, the parent/guardian and student acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
